Ground floor bedroom features:
Bedrooms 2 to 5 are located on the ground floor in an exclusive bedroom wing. They are spacious and contemporary in keeping with the rest of the villa and all have electric blinds, ample wardrobe space and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.
Bedroom 2  –  is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3  –  is a double room with an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 4  –  is a twin room with an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 5 – is a spacious double room with an en suite shower.

First Floor Features:
Bedroom 6: is the Master suite and has a double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with a double shower unit, separate bath and double wash basins.

Lower Level Features:
On the lower level of the villa you will find the cinema room and entertainment area – with flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD player (DVD games are not provided) Table football and table tennis table. A separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and an extra fridge.
Bedroom 6  – is situated on the lower level of the villa, next to the cinema room. It has a double bed and benefits from plenty of natural light and has its own en suite shower room and air-conditioner.

Outside Space
The swimming pool is an infinity pool measuring a very impressive 19 metres x 8.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.5 mts.
*Please note that due to the size of the pool and the fact that it doesn’t have a cover, the maximum temperature achieved by the pool heating facility will be dependent on the ambient day and night temperatures.
Wood decking surrounds the poolside terrace and a shaded area with patio furniture and gas BBQ provide areas for relaxing out of the sunshine. There is also a separate decking area to the side of the kitchen area. Here you will find 2 tables and dining facilities for 12 people.
On the first floor of the property is a spacious terrace with spectacular views overlooking the pool and gardens, furnished with comfortable seating and sun loungers.
