Living Area Features:
The large living room/dining room is open plan and complete with stone fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV.
The dining room can seat 8 and double patio doors lead out to the poolside terrace complete with sun-loungers and ample comfortable seating for enjoying the sunshine or a sundowner.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, extractor, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, juicer and Nespresso coffee maker.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout.

Ground Floor Bedroom Features:
Bedroom1: has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: has twin beds, with patio doors leading out to the terrace and garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.
An extra bed/cot can be arranged at an extra cost.

Lower Level Features:
On the lower level of the villa is a TV room with flat screen TV with DVD player, sound system and a pool table.

First Floor Bedroom Features:
Bedrooms 3 and 4: are both large Master suites with Super king beds (2.00 x 2.00 meters) en-suite bathrooms with double wash basins, baths and separate shower units. There is a safe in Bedroom 4.
Both have their own terrace.

Outside features:
The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and the shaded dining terrace has a dining table and charcoal BBQ. A table tennis table can be provided. The garden is very private and well kept.
Maid service is daily Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Bedroom linen is changed weekly, bathroom towels are changed 2 x per week.
