Off the dining area you will find a modern, fully equipped air conditioned kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, extractor, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor bedroom features:
Bedroom 1: is the Master suite, complete with double bed, double wardrobes, safe, dressing area, en suite with bath and shower unit and doors to the terrace which enjoy lovely views over the golf course.
Bedroom 2: is a triple room with a double and a single bed, an en suite bathroom and doors to the golf view terrace.
Bedroom 3: is also a triple room, with double bed & single bed, en suite bathroom and doors to the golf view terrace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Lower level bedroom features:
Bedroom 4:  is on the lower level of the villa, and this room benefits from a small amount of natural light and has a double bed, air-conditioning and an en suite shower room.
Directly next to this room is a lounge area with TV with cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.

Outside Space
Outside there are  spacious terraces, furnished with sun loungers and with dining table seating for 12 persons, table tennis table and charcoal BBQ. Landscaped gardens and lawns create a pretty garden environment.
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry.

The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the property.
Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including thechampionship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!
